Vail Limo is a chauffeured transportation company based in the Vail Valley, serving Colorado’s mountain communities throughout the year. Our work takes us through the ski resorts of Vail Village, Beaver Creek, Aspen, Breckenridge, and towns across Eagle and Summit counties.
We also connect the mountains with Denver International Airport, often becoming the first part of a Colorado trip after someone steps off a plane.
Vail Limo is part of Hermes Worldwide, Inc., a Colorado company founded in October 2007.
Many transportation companies reach Vail from Denver. We look at the trip from the other direction.
The Vail Valley is our home territory. We know what a January arrival with ski bags looks like, how quickly weather can change over Vail Pass, and how differently a family airport transfer works from a dinner reservation in Beaver Creek or a multi-property corporate event.
Vail Village sits at 8,150 feet, while Vail Pass rises above 10,600. In winter, vehicle capacity, luggage space, traction, weather, and road access all become part of the trip. We built our fleet around those realities.
A mountain trip already has plenty of moving parts. Flights change. Snow arrives. Dinner reservations have fixed times. Plans can shift quickly once everyone is in the valley. Our role is to make transportation one less thing to think about. That means having a chauffeur who knows the mountain corridor, an operations team available when circumstances change, and a reservation that accounts for the trip before the vehicle ever arrives.
We operate around the clock, 365 days a year, because mountain travel rarely fits neatly inside office hours.
Good service starts before the vehicle arrives. For airport transportation, we follow incoming flight information and ask about passenger count, ski bags, golf clubs, child seats, and oversized luggage before assigning the vehicle. A couple heading to dinner in Edwards needs a different setup from a family of eight arriving with ski equipment.
We also account for the details around the destination, from hotel entrances and pedestrian areas to ski bases and event venues. Taking care of those points in advance makes the actual ride much simpler.
Mountain driving requires more than knowing the destination. Our chauffeurs bring professional passenger-transportation experience along with training for Colorado mountain roads. That includes winter road awareness, vehicle handling at altitude, passenger service, and emergency procedures.
That experience matters on a winter crossing of Vail Pass or when attendees need to move between several properties before a corporate event in Beaver Creek. Once the trip is underway, the combination of training and familiarity with this part of Colorado matters most.
Beyond airport transfers, we handle in-valley transportation, group events, whiskey tours, and custom itineraries between Colorado mountain communities.
Hermes Worldwide, Inc. began in October 2007 when Jorge and Rocio Sanchez built the company in Colorado. Jorge holds an MBA from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, and the business has grown from those beginnings into a larger chauffeured transportation operation serving several parts of the state.
Vail Limo brings that experience into Colorado ski country. We draw on Hermes Worldwide’s operational resources and training while keeping our attention on the mountain communities we serve every day. We also measure whether we are doing the job well in a more personal way. It is when someone who rode with us before calls again, or when a local property sends another guest our way. Those relationships matter to us because transportation in a place like Vail is rarely just about getting from one address to another. It is often the first ride into the mountains, the trip to a wedding, the return after dinner, or the final drive back to the airport at the end of a week people have been planning for months.
