Please provide the cell phone number of the “passenger” we are picking up. This will assist the chauffeur when trying to locate a passenger. Chauffeurs will usually text the passengers after they land. Also, please provide your accurate incoming flight information when making a reservation. We require this information for airport transportation. This helps us track your flights in case of delays or cancellations.
If you are arriving at the Eagle/Vail Airport (EGE), your chauffeur should be waiting inside near the TSA area with a sign with your name. If you do not see your chauffeur, please check your text messages for pickup instructions. Your chauffeur will be parked in the LIMO LOT outside door #6 or in a holding lot close by. Denver Airport Pickups are on Level 4 & 5 on the East & West sides.
Please look for instructions from your chauffeur via text message after you land. Chauffeurs will be waiting in a holding lot about 3mins away. Chauffeurs cannot wait near the pickup areas, you must be at the curb when they arrive. Please text the chauffeur when you have all your luggage.
Around town, local hourly transportation is available for $150 per hour in our large SUVs (3-hour minimum). All rates are for one-way, in your private vehicle. Waters provided. Our large SUVs have enclosed roof cargo boxes for 2 to 3 pieces of ski equipment and/or extra luggage.
