Terms of Service

TERMS:

1. RESERVATIONS CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SCHEDULED TRIP PICKUP TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL RATE WITH NO REFUND GIVEN.

2. HOURLY RATES APPLY AFTER FIRST 30 MINUTES OF PREARRANGED TIME DESCRIBED ON RUN SHEET (EXCLUDING: COMMERCIAL AIRPORT ARRIVALS).

3. VAIL LIMO IS NOT LIABLE IN THE EVENT OF MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN AND WILL ONLY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING ANOTHER VEHICLE TO COMPLETE THE TRIP. (ZERO BREAK DOWNS TO DATE)

4. THE CLIENT ASSUMES FULL FINANCIAL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE CAUSED DURING THE DURATION OF THE RENTAL BY THEM OR ANY MEMBERS OF THEIR PARTY.

5. THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: UNSAFE ROAD CONDITIONS, FLIGHT DELAYS, ROAD CLOSURES, FLIGHT DIVERSIONS, OR FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS.

6. THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ARTICLES LEFT IN THE VEHICLE. (WE WILL MAIL THESE ITEMS IF FOUND.)

7. VEHICLES CANNOT BE LOADED BEYOND SEATING CAPACITY.

8. BY SUBMITTING YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS AND CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO OUR COMPANY YOU CERTIFY AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE AND THAT:

(a.) YOU ARE THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER.
(b.) YOU ARE REQUESTINGTHE SERVICES LISTED ABOVE.
(c.) YOU ARE AUTHORIZING THE COMPANY TO CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD LISTED ABOVE FOR THE REQUESTED SERVICES.
(d.) YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT DISPUTE THESE CHARGES.

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS:

EGE PUBLIC (VAIL/EAGLE AIRPORT) – THE DRIVER WILL MEET YOU NEAR THE TSA EXIT AREA WITH A SIGN. THE DRIVER MAY ALSO CONTACT YOU BY TEXT MESSAGE TO MEET IN THE LIMO LOT ACROSS FROM DOOR #4 & 5.

EGE PRIVATE (VAIL VALLEY JET CENTER) – THE DRIVER WILL MEET YOU AT YOUR PLANE. PLEASE MAKE SURE WE CAN TRACK THE TAIL # OR CONTACT THE PASSENGER VIA TEXT.

DEN (DENVER INTERNATION AIRPORT) – THE DRIVER WILL TEXT THE PASSENGER WITH PICKUP LOCATION AND INSTRUCTIONS AFTER YOU LAND. PLEASE CHECK YOUR TEXT MESSAGES AFTER LANDING. PLEASE PROVIDE THE CORRECT PHONE NUMBER ON YOUR RESERVATION OF THE PASSENGER WE ARE PICKING UP. (PICKUP IS ON LEVEL 5, ISLAND #2 ON THE EAST & WEST SIDES DEPENDING ON YOUR AIRLINE. YOUR DRIVER WILL BE IN A HOLDING LOT 2MINS AWAY UNTIL YOU HAVE ALL YOUR LUGGAGE AND REQUEST THEM TO ENTER THE PICKUP AREA. DRIVERS CAN NOT WAIT MORE THAN 7MINS IN THE ACTIVE PICKUP AREA.)

FUEL: 20%

VEHICLES: 15%

INSURANCE: 10%

MAINTENANCE / TIRES / CAR WASHES: 5%

FEES / PERMITS / LICENSES: 5%

CREDIT CARD FEES: 3.5%

WEBSITE & BOOKING SERVICES: 3%

PROFIT: 3.5%
